Santosh Pulletykurty

Founder & President, KEN Foundation Society

“KEN Foundation” was founded in the year 2009 by Mr. Santosh Pulletykurty. He has more than 18 years of experience in leadership roles. He associated with various innovative social initiatives, pioneered the introduction of several campaigns in the development sector and brought success to projects at the community level. Under Santosh’s stewardship for over 13 years, Ken Foundation Society grew from conceptualising and implementing flagship programmes to facilitating large-scale interventions in the areas of education, environment, social inclusion, disaster relief, and livelihood.

Quite familiar with his inhibition of being an introvert, there was always a relentless drive towards his passion. He is outspoken and unfazed about societal issues. He is always greatly obsessed with and concerned about society and feels the need to imbibe a sense of social responsibility within an individual. Initially, he started his mission as a volunteer for child labour and animal rescue, along with creating awareness on social issues amongst the youth.

Dysgraphia, a learning disability (writing as well as reading), is reflected in his personal profile. For the very same reason, he does not have a unique signature of his own, as he cannot replicate it despite constant efforts to make one. Hence, he faces difficulties maintaining his bank account.

Learning disabilities are never a stumbling block to our success in life. The ability of our minds to acclimatise to such disabilities could become one of our greatest strengths in the long runch disabilities could become one of our greatest strengths in the long run. He has been proving this through his determined journey for the amelioration of society. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. His positive calibre and power veto him from believing in giving up, and through his unwonted deeds, he proves that a person can accomplish their goals despite having any disability.
