Santosh’s journey began as a grassroots volunteer working on child labour awareness, animal rescue, and youth engagement on critical social issues.
A purpose-driven introvert, he leads with clarity, conviction, and focus. His approach is grounded in thoughtful action, while consistently encouraging individuals to take responsibility for driving social change.
Personal Inspiration
Santosh’s early experiences with dysgraphia (a learning difference) and his introverted nature have shaped his unique leadership perspective. Rather than limiting him, these challenges strengthened his empathy and deepened his ability to connect with people through writing, mentorship, and purposeful action.

Director (Environment & Ocean Conservation)
Ranjith Kumar is an accomplished environmentalist with a deep commitment to protecting the planet. With over 15 years of experience across critical areas such as climate change mitigation, plastic pollution reduction, ocean conservation, and marine debris management, he has been a driving force in environmental initiatives at both grassroots and global levels.
He strongly believes that meaningful environmental action requires a balance of individual responsibility and collective effort a philosophy he actively champions through his work with Ken Foundation.
Athletics & Maritime Leadership
An avid athlete and sailor, Ranjith brings discipline and endurance to his environmental work. He is a national gold medalist in yachting and has successfully completed the Qatar T100 Triathlon Grand Final, reflecting his commitment to resilience and performance.
His maritime foundation was built through his training as a Cadet Officer with the Sea Cadet Corps (Vizag Unit) at INS Circars, Eastern Naval Command Headquarters. He has also served as a Training Officer, mentoring cadets in seamanship, sailing, and essential naval disciplines.
Ocean Conservation & Mentorship
Ranjith’s connection to the ocean extends beyond passion into action. As a certified scuba diver, he has led and participated in numerous underwater cleanup initiatives, actively removing marine debris and contributing to the restoration of fragile ecosystems.
He is also committed to mentoring the next generation by guiding young scuba divers, fostering environmental responsibility and safe, sustainable diving practices.
Environmental Advocacy & Action
Ranjith is the visionary behind Ken Foundation’s Beach Cleanups and Ocean Guardians programs. Under his leadership, these initiatives have significantly expanded, driving awareness and action against ocean and coastal pollution at both national and international levels.
A strong advocate for sustainable mobility, he has also led a solo cycling awareness campaign covering 800 km across Dubai, UAE, promoting climate awareness and eco-friendly practices.

Srinivas Nammi, the Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement at Ken Foundation, is a dedicated advocate for gender equality and a visionary leader who is deeply committed to serving society. With a rich background in strategic planning, designing innovative solutions to address development challenges, and ensuring accountability to all stakeholders, he brings a wealth of professional experience to the organization.
Srinivas is not only a passionate advocate for gender equality but also a practicing attorney with a broad expertise in arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. His commitment to professional growth is evident in his completion of the OPEN (Online Professional English Network) Program's English as a Medium of Instruction Global Online Course (GOC), facilitated by Ohio University and sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
In his role as the Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement at Ken Foundation, Srinivas leads the organization's endeavors to empower marginalized communities and foster a more just and equitable world. His impressive track record includes successful involvement in projects related to gender equality, social justice, and sustainable development.

Director (Program Implementation)
K.B.V.M. Krishna Prasad, L.L.B., M.H.R.M., is a dedicated and experienced advocate for child and women's empowerment and social justice. With over 18 years of expertise, he excels in managing multifaceted program development and humanitarian response initiatives, with a particular focus on empowering marginalized communities, building capacities, fostering evidence-based practices, and advocating for child and women's rights.
Krishna Prasad has been an integral part of the Ken Foundation since its inception in 2009, and his contributions have been instrumental in shaping and executing the organization's programs and initiatives. As a highly skilled and efficient program manager, he boasts a proven track record of delivering impactful programs at scale.
Beyond his professional commitments, Krishna Prasad is an accomplished international mountaineer, having conquered two summits: Mount Elbrus (5642 meters), the highest peak in Europe, and Mount Kilimanjaro (5895 meters), the highest mountain in Africa. His expertise in high-altitude mountaineering is underscored by his completion of specialized courses in high-altitude and basic mountaineering.
Krishna Prasad's commitment to child and women's empowerment and social justice is exemplified through various social initiatives. He has led mountain clean-up efforts in the Eastern Ghats at Vanjangi Hills, Paderu, situated at an elevation of 3400 feet, advocating for a "Plastic Free Mountains" campaign. He has also taken proactive steps by installing reflectors (Radium Stickers) along the Ghat Roads of Araku, Paderu, and Chintapalli, enhancing safety for the community. In addition, Krishna Prasad has initiated numerous awareness campaigns focused on the safety and well-being of women and children, especially in tribal areas.

Director (Volunteering)
Ananth has a strong passion for social change and sees volunteerism as a powerful way to create positive outcomes for others. As the Director (Volunteering) at Ken Foundation, he oversees the design and implementation of the foundation's volunteer programs, making sure they are engaging, impactful, and aligned with the foundation's mission.
Ananth's commitment to social causes motivates him to lead our volunteer programs with excellence. His enthusiasm and leadership encourage people to donate their time, skills, and energy to make a positive difference in the communities we serve.
Ananth understands the value of providing volunteers with the training and support they need to succeed. He also strives to create a positive and inclusive environment for all volunteers. Ananth is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops on volunteer engagement. He is also involved in several volunteer-focused organizations. In his free time, Ananth likes cycling, hiking, and reading.
Head of Health and Nutrition Awareness Initiatives
Keerthana Anumolu is a passionate advocate for nutrition, dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. With a strong foundation in both academic research and practical application, she is an expert in the field of nutrition.
Keerthana holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Food Science and Nutrition, and a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Health. Her academic journey includes impactful research conducted during her master’s program at Wageningen University and Research, Netherlands.
She was engaged in fieldwork in Uganda, focusing on the nutritional health of schoolchildren, and authored a comprehensive thesis examining dietary patterns and health outcomes among Zambian women of reproductive age.
With over seven years of experience spanning clinical practice, consultancy, and corporate wellness, Keerthana empowers individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition solutions. Blending evidence-based scientific research with actionable dietary strategies, she is committed to fostering sustainable health improvements for individuals and communities alike.
